Do you offer digital PDF patterns?
Yes, we offer instant download PDF versions of many of our designs for those who prefer to use their own supplies or follow patterns on a tablet using apps like Pattern Keeper.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused, unopened kits in their original packaging. Please note that digital PDF downloads are non-refundable once the file has been accessed.
Are your designs suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! We have a dedicated 'Beginner' section, and all our kits use full cross stitches only (no fractional stitches) to ensure a stress-free experience for stitchers of all levels.
What should I do if I run out of thread?
While we provide 20% extra thread in every kit, if you happen to run out, simply contact our support team with your order number and we will send out the required DMC shades free of charge.
