Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring that all threads, fabric, and patterns are included and in resaleable condition.

  Ship the Items

  Affix your shipping label and send the parcel back to our UK-based studio; we recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind.

  Receive Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange items within 3-5 business days.
